I absolutely do not recommend! Scheduled an appointment waited a week to get the car in (no problem), dropped the car off the night before. Waited all day and heard nothing so we called to check in to be told they didn’t get to it ( this was an hour before they were to close) they had someone call out….. why were we not notified? Ok, so stuff happens so again not a big deal, but to be told they’d call us back and when they called back they then said they can’t do the repair we’d need to go elsewhere??!!! When we scheduled they were told exactly what needed to be done and we were never told they couldn’t or there was any chance they couldn’t complete a headlight replacement and code diagnostic (due to SOS being inoperable after battery replacement which happens on these apparently) It was a Mercedes and they’ve done work for us for years on our vehicles. . It has been a while since we’ve needed work done, and this is definitely not the same level of customer service they’ve given in the past. Needless to say we will be finding some where else to send our cars from this point on.

This place is a riip off, you think as soft spoken they are you'd think they honest ...not on my behalf...charged me for work they didn't do then gave me a hard time after showing receipts, our 8yr relationship done...always inspect your work, they did a radiator job and didn't put coolant in, charged me for a replaced part and labor but try to repair it instead of replacing, so when it came to replacing it and doing the job I paid for , they tried to up charge me for there lost on warranty, at that point legal action...which ended up bad being they have friends of friends in law, they actually brought new parts to court to solve problem, funny the judge look past the guilt and sided with them for quote not having someone from mercedes-benz to represent the issue, judge denied my video inspection from mercedes-benz to prove it after the clerk puts me on hold to check if my video could be used...clerk return to phone to say yes you may use it to hook to our monitor. Judge denied that....after telling me she been in court with S&D lawyer for over 10yrs ..problem never resolve , took for a lot of money and still gotta pay somewhere else to fix it.

Would not assist with an estimate on the phone. After being diagnosed at the dealer, I would have thought the customer service could have been better. An estimate is an estimate, not the bill.... won't be using this shop.

Great service! Dave did some maintenance work on an Aston Martin for me as well as other vehicles in the past. Friendly family owned shop.

From my first visit I experienced a pleasant atmosphere. Customer representative/secretary very knowledgable. I can trust this facility with my vehicle. I will always get my vehicle serviced here. If you need reliable service for your Benz I highly recommend these guys.👍
